TERMS OF DELIVERY
Delivery times in Italy, depending on the location, are 3-5 working days except for exceptions and force majeure, and in any case no later than 30 days from the conclusion of the contract. Orders are generally shipped within 1-2 working days from receipt of payment confirmation. At the moment, due to the CORONAVIRUS emergency, orders will be shipped after May 3, 2020, unless otherwise specified.
FORMATION OF THE CONTRACT
To place a purchase order, you need to:
select the product (s) and click on “Add to cart”.
view the cart using the "shopping bag" at the top right of all pages of the site
proceed with the "Proceed to purchase" button in the cart and fill in all the fields necessary for shipping, check and send the order.
In the absence of payment authorization from the user's credit institution, the order will not be accepted and the procedure will be concluded.
By submitting an Order, the user makes an offer to purchase the Product (s) at the price indicated therein, subject to acceptance by Raggi Gioielleria srl.
In the event that the online order cannot be accepted for any reason (price incorrectly reported on the site, price incorrectly calculated on the online order, incorrect functioning of the online promotional discount calculation rule / mechanism, unavailability of the product, etc.) the customer will be contacted within 7 working days from the order. The customer will choose whether to opt for the accreditation of any amount already charged or to confirm the intention to proceed with the purchase at the actual price.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Returns are allowed within 30 days from the date of receipt of the product (returns policy effective from 1/12/2017).
- Products purchased with in-store pickup must be returned to the store for replacement with an identical item or item of the same amount, subject to availability.
- Products purchased with shipping methods must be returned by booking the collection at home at a cost of € 10.00 through our Assistance Center at 0677590554 or by email: raggiamministration@gmail.com
Items must be in perfect condition, with labels intact, complete with warranty and packaging.
DISPUTE RESOLUTION
These conditions of sale and delivery are governed by Italian law. The place of jurisdiction will be the Italian court with territorial jurisdiction under Italian law.
Pursuant to art. 14 of Regulation 524/2013, the customer who in the event of a dispute may submit a complaint via the ODR platform of the European Union at the link: http://ec.europa.eu/odr.
